-=Nyushram=- - Schedule - Monday: 5·19·03 7:08PM
Okay the only thing I'm going to address here would be to say that the schedule will return and will be continued to be updated starting next week. Sorry I haven't kept up but I've been busy for the past couple of weeks and have decided to just start fresh with next week. Alrighty I'll see you all my next update or if I come up with anything important later on.

-=Itchy=- - Random Words, Forming Sentences - Tuesday: 5·13·03 7:27PM
I'm not sure how many people were aware of this, but a lot of the Crew is heading up to Chicago this weekend for Anime Central (ACEN). We'll be going to see The Matrix Reloaded on Thursday night, and heading out early on Friday morning. I think we expect to arrive there at around 12:00 or 1:00. It's going to be pretty huge this year - expect us to be at all the cool shows there.

Second on the list, I'll hopefully be adding a few more reviews (both Movie and Cosplay) by the end of the week, and I'll try and get some pictures of Cosplays, good or bad, while up in Chicago. I've also been trying to look through some of the series sections and "professionalize" them more than they are right now. Drop any suggestions for that in the crew box.

-='Doogen=- - Annoyances - Tuesday: 5·06·03 7:27PM
I wanted to know what the most popular sections on this site are so I put a counter on the more important pages of the site. The top two are DBZ and Kenshin with DBZ at number 1. The other top three aren't even close to these two. Other really popular sections are NGE, the Downloads Page, Sailor Moon, and Trigun. Anywwhhoo, I put the next block of Video Girl Ai and I must stress this again DON'T E-MAIL ME ABOUT STUFF THAT'S UP THERE THAT YOU CAN CLEARLY READ! Don't ask me if I will do another rotation, it'll keep rotating until I tell you guys I'm taking it off, which doesn't look like anytime soon. Anywho, I'm going to think up something for the Kenshin section now, hasta luego.

Gammler has updated the Sailor Moon quiz so he says there shouldn't be anymore errors, he's currently working on a section called the Universal Info section, stay tuned.

-=Nyushram=- - This is mostly minor - Sunday: 5·04·03 9:34PM
Okay Tech Tv is just really trying to make my life a lot tougher. They added Lain to their line up of anime at night. Making this a grand total of three different animes they show daily. No movies this week though, so sad.

PS Two weeks till Matrix Reloaded!

-=Nyushram=- - Not Quite So An Minor Update - Sunday: 4·27·03 2:14PM
Okay lots of new stuff and it's all Tech Tv's fault too. They have added to and changed their current scheduling. They now show anime during the day at 3:30 C starting with Crest to the Stars and then going to Silent Mobius and then Betterman once each series ends. Then four episodes of Dual at night, first two new ones and then later on the two new eps from the night before. Also this Friday and Saturday, they will be showing Armitage III Poly Matrix. I think that's all I got for now.

-=Itchy=- - Minor Update - Wednesday: 4·23·03 11:30PM
Just some small stuff added. I went ahead and updated the Da Crew section with my information as well as a series of avatars for each of the crew members. I also added my reviews to some of the movies that I've seen (My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away), but you should expect them to be a little longer than the others. I'm planning on putting up a few more Cosplay reviews within the next few days, and am going to be creating a Fanart Review section within the next few weeks. Be sure to check the Da Crew section for my e-mail if you've got some fanart you want reviewed, or send it to the "general" mailbox (which won't get to me as fast).

I've also read through some of the recent guestbook entries, and I'm glad that we're keeping people fairly happy. Thanks for the praise, but you can expect it to get even better - be sure to check back.

-=Nyushram=- - Howdy - Sunday: 4·20·03 1:17PM
Howdy all, once again I've updated the schedule and like I say on that page I'll continue to till I grow so tired of it I explode, which, I mentally note as being quite painful so I've decided to try and not do so. Thus, I'll keep it up as long as people find it useful. Also I've removed the link to the Gundam Wing section because....well it's been bothering me and the mecha sections are technically under my control MWAHA... bleh it's not worth it. Anywho, that's all I got for now. And Happy Easter for those of you it may apply to, and for you others, well have a happy day....ya know and stuff.

-=Adoogen=- - Incoherence - Monday: 4·14·03 10:16AM
I've added a new poll about Nyushram's new anime schedule and it appears people actually like it so as long as he wants to do it, we'll keep it up. I'm sure you've noticed (if you actually read these) that we have a new memeber. He claims to be the coolest thing since sliced bread, I disagree, but he says he'll take over a lot of the reviewing sections so it's all good. Hmm, I'm thinking of adding more to the Kenshin section but it's hard to find stuff for Kenshin. Da Crew section is being redone once everyone gives me an avatar for themselves to put by their names so we're just waiting on a few memebers.

-=Itchy=- - New Crewman - Wednesday: 4·10·03 3:50PM
Let me introduce myself. I'm Itchy, the newest addition to the (da) Anime Database crew. I'm going to be the crew's "Review Guru" for now. I'll be doing most of the cosplay reviews, lending my aid to the Movie Review section, and possibly starting up a Fanart Review section. I'll also be helping with general site maintenance and hopefully help add a few more entire Series sections to the site. So far I've put up 6 new cosplay reviews, so you can get a sense of my style from that. If you don't like my reviews, then be sure to flame me in the forums, or yes, even my inbox. If you're interested in getting a review for a specific cosplay picture or piece of fanart, then be sure to drop it in one of the crew's mailboxes, and it'll get to me.

By the way, I'm also the coolest thing since sliced bread.

-=Nyushram=- - Anime Schedule! - Sunday: 4·06·03 7:09PM
Howdy all, not quite that long time no see I guess. Well I've suspended my efforts on other certain sections to produce this new bit of what I call quality information: a schedule of the anime on tv! Yup I have a list of the episode names and times that anime is on Toonami, Adult Swim on Cartoon Network and then also on Tech Tv. Hope you find it useful. If you do don't hesitate to tell us! Say something on our message boards! And do enjoy!(man that's alot of exclamation points...well I'll add some more for the hell of it !!!!!!!!!!! okay I'm done.)

-=Skorch=- - Moviezes! - Tuesday: 4·01·03 4:56PM
Alright, I complained and now I'm going to (try to) do something about it! Coming up is a whole host of movies on the reviews section, plus... um... well, I guess that's actually all there is. PS: Adoogen, don't forget The Onion! (For to join up with)

-=Adoogen=- - Stuff? - Thursday: 1·29·02 10:49PM
Don't worry- I've seen the comment on the messageboard that says we don't update enough. I agree with that more than anyone. But sometimes I do a lot of little things that don't deserve an update. Counters were added to most sections to see which are most popular, there's a new poll up, there's a poll on the Manga Dl's page. Few broken links have been cleaned up. Animedat.com will also feature it's on online comic soon. So stick in as we hop on the bandwagon and try to join up with www.megatokyo.com and www.penny-arcade.com!

-=Dirac=- - Anime News - Thursday: 1·02·03 4:00PM
Came across tons of anime news, some of it is a bit old but I hadn't heard of it.

Miyazaki, previously stating that he wouldn't direct anymore, has been placed as the director for the film "Howl's Moving Castle". Diana Wynne Jones's fantasy novel, it tells the story of a young woman who becomes trapped in the body of an old woman and so forth.

Spirited Away is up for an Oscar. Its going up against Ice Age, Lilo & Stitch, The Powerpuff Girls Movie, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Treasure Planet, Adam Sandler's Eight Crazy Nights, Alibaba & the Forty Thieves, Eden, El Bosque animado, Hey Arnold! The Movie, Jonah -- A Veggie Tales Movie, Mutant Aliens, The Princess and the Pea, Return to Neverland, Stuart Little 2, and the Wild Thornberrys Movie. Lots of compitetion, but those other don't hold a candle to it. It's basically Disney's only shot at an Oscar, seeing as Treasure Planet was a flop and Lilo & Stitch never really had the "umph", if you will, to contend.

TechTV is now alloting time for anime. They're currently broadcasting Crest of the Stars. Look for Lain, Betterman, Silent Mobius and Dual in the future. The station also has plans to air the movies Armitage III, Ghost in the Shell, Macross Plus, and the first Patlabor movie.

Cartoon Network has gained the broadcasting rights for Trigun, Reign: the Conqueror, and Lupin III.

ADV has announced their plans for the first all anime network. The network will feature only the series that ADV has license to, so expect series such as Evangelion, Gasaraki, and Excel Saga definately. ADV has also recently released RahXephon and Noir, which would be a welcome addition to an anime channel. Noir is A-Ok with me.
Whew, that was a lot. Ok, thats all I can muster for now, later.

-=Nyushram=- - Record of the Lodoss War!! - Friday: 12·27·02 8:49PM
That's right folks the Lodoss section is up and running with an amazing seven sections!! The quiz isn't up yet but it will be shortly ready to hopefully boggle your minds if not well then that'll suck for me. Okay enjoy and if you see anything that's totally wrong (aside from spelling) then feel free to mail me or post on the message board.

-=Adoogen=- - Manga Hosting.. Future maybe? - Friday: 12·20·02 12:48PM
Christmas break starts today! whoo hoo! Adding the Video Girl Ai manga and being put on www.noated.com did wonders for our hits for this breif week. You might want to hurry and dl it tho, we'll probably replace it with something else soon. We may add more space as well. New layout? Maybe, maybe. Guh, no one reads these so I'll shut up now.
