Summary: A summary over FLCL? That's insane! Well, I'll try. The main character, Noata, lives in his little dirtbag town and he's only "friend" is his brother's ex-girlfriend Mamimi. He always whines about how nothing ever happens but he shuts up real quick after getting whacked on the head with a guitar by a girl on a Vespa (moterscooter-thingy). Now he just wants everything back to normal. Believe it or not, this series does have a plot (kinda) and a meaning it tries to get across about growing up.

Explanation for Rating: Adoogen: What can I say, FLCL is great. I saw it when it first came out in Japan last year I think, then when it finally made it to Cartoon Network this past summer of '03. I instantly became interested in it again. I don't want to ruin anything about it, but the characters are spectacular and are a lot deeper emotion-wise than you might see them as at first. Definitely a must-see anime.
