Summary: Excel, a young, energetic girl, is fresh out of school and ready to help lead the secret organization, Across, to global domination. All in the name of Across's leader, Ipalazzo, Excel is willing to do anything, maybe too much, but stupidity usually helps get her through things. Aided by Hyatt, her sidekick that's "a little anemic" and their foodsource, a dog named Menchi Excel goes to everyplace known to man including men's bathroom, bowling alley, and even in a Gundam. Plot? Plots are for wimps. Excel will have you laughing the whole time.

Explanation for Rating: Adoogen: Even writing about it makes me want to watch it over again. It has one or two bad eps, like the one where they summarize the Pedro story and Menchi's adventures, but it's just so hilarious it easily deserves a 5 out of 5 Trigun Kitties. As for the manga, it isn't funny at all. I tried to read a whole volume I tried, but the anime is so different and just vastly superior. I won't rate the manga because I haven't read enough, but it would get good marks. Oh by the way, one of the best parts of Excel Saga are all the references to other animes (and even Star Wars).
