Vegeta's Special Techniques

Renzoku Energy Dan: While many characters can use this technique, the undisputed master of this technique is Vegeta. The user of this technique can shoot ki bolts continuously from his hands, that cause a medium sized explosion, resulting in somewhat of a "machine-gun ki blast" effect. While the indivual blasts are not particulary powerful, the effect of hundreds together can be devastating. Good for enemies on the run.
Ring Jyou no Energy Ball: This attack is used in the anime only, and it's sort of cool. When Vegeta and Goku are fighting each other for the last time, Vegeta bashes Goku against a rock wall and knocks him dizzy. He then shoots out five rings of energy that chain his wrists, feet and neck to the rock wall. He then sentences Gokou, "TO DEATH! BY DISMEMBERMENT!".
Bakuhatsu Ha "Explosion Wave" : Used when Vegeta was fighting Goku. He gathers energy with both arms crossed in front of his chest and then spreads his arms out wide above his head. This blast destroys what ever is around him. By raising two fingers, the user of this attack can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area or the ground under an opponent.
Saishyuu Saigo no Waza "Ultimate Final Skill" : Vegeta's most devastating attack, (in all definitions of the word.). It is a suicidal attack that uses Vegeta's own life as the source of the energy for the attack. The explosion from the attack is over a kilometer wide. When the attack is finished all that's left of Vegeta is stone.
Ki no Tsurugi: Literally "Sword of Ki". This is a ki beam that shoots out somewhat as an extention of the hand and can be swung and stabbed to cut or pierce enemies. The length of the beam can be controlled by the user.
Gallet Gun: The Galick-Ho is Vegeta's answer to the Kamehameha. He powers up the blast like the Kamehameha, but when he releases the blast, his hands are both palm-forward.
Big Bang Attack: Vegeta has used this a lot in the Freezer series so far. He blasted Freezer's space ship with this twice. He powers up for only a few seconds with one hand, then he holds one palm forward and fires.
Final Flash: Vegeta gets really mad and powers up! He puts both hands together at the palms ( like the Kamehameha) and fires. Nothing more to say except that it's his most powerful attack.
Kienzan "Destructo Disc" : ( Krilin's Techniques ).
Barrier: ( Freezer's Techniques ).

Gohan's Special Techniques

Kamehameha: Quite possibly the most commonly used special technique in all of the DB/DBZ series, and it's Goku's trade mark technique. He learned in from Kame senin and it really means something like "Turtle School Attack". Goku puts his wrist together and his hands out when he fires this Mega Blast. This is used through out the series by Goku in just about every episode where he fights someone. It is extremly powerful especially when Goku is using his Kaio Ken attack. It is a ki blast, which to start is charged up held behind the firer in cupped hands, then brought forward to release a large blast of energy.
Other Kamehameha's: Shunkan Idou "Teleportation" Kamehameha: An ingenious conjunction of two moves formulated by Goku. He stands in front of the opponent, gathers the energy for the kamehameha, then teleports behind them and fires the blast.
Renzokou "Continuous" Kamehameha: A training technique Goku uses only once while training in the Capsule Corp. Gravity Ship. He fires several Kamehameha's which circle towards him and then he tries to block them.
Kamehameha Gaeshi: Goku's ability to use a Kamehameha, to counter another Kamehameha. This was used to block Jackie Chun's Kamehameha at the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai.
Ashi kara Kamehameha: A technique used by Goku during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai to propel himself at Picolo. He needed his hands free, so he fired the blast from his feet.
Waiting Kamehameha: A type of Kamehameha where Goku waits for his opponent to attack him, then lets the blast loose. He only uses it once against Freezer.
Magaru "Turn Around" Kamehameha: A type of Kamehameha that seems to miss the opponent, but then turns around and hits them in the back.
Chou "Ultimate" Kamehameha: A very powerful Kamehameha used against Picolo in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai.
Genki Dama (spirit bomb/ball): A very powerful attack that Gokou uses only when he absolutely has to. One of the most powerful techniques The Genki Dama is a large ball of energy ( orvery power energy blast) gathered from Earth, Sun, water, and all living things, in a few words from nature, which lend him their energy (energy from his surroundings). Taught to Goku by King Kaio. However, it takes time to gather a Genki Dama, and has to stick his arms up in the air, during which time Goku is open to attack. This is an extremely effective attack when used against some one with evil in their heart.While the Genki Dama he created to beat Vegeta was only about 2 feet wide, the Genki Dama he created on Namek was 50 meters wide.
Other Genki Dama's: Chou Genki Dama "Ultimate Energy Ball" : The same as above but even bigger and filled to the brim with incredible power. On Kaioshin Kai he needed to absorb almost all of the energy from each person living on Earth.
Jan Ken Punch: The first move Gokou ever performed was Jan Ken. It's also one of the most intricate moves. "Jan-ken-pon" is a Japanese game identical to that of "Rock, Paper, Scissors." Goku then has three possible outcomes of Jan-Ken Punches:
· Jan-Ken-Gu: Corresponding to "Rock" - "Gu" and it would be a strong closed fist punch to the face.
· Jan-Ken-Choki: Corresponding to "Scissors" - "Choki" and it would be an eye stab with two fingers or an open-handed slap. · Jan-Ken-Pa: Corresponding to "Paper" - "Pa" and it would be an open handed slap to the face or a poke between the eyes with two fingers. It eventually becomes obsolete.
Ryu Ken "Dragon Fist" : Any Street Fighter fans? This is arguably Goku's ultimate physical attack. Unfortunately, it's only used in a movie and DBGT, so it doesn't really count. Goku rushes his opponent and raises his right fist. He shouts the words every person who's ever been to an arcade knows, "RYU KEN!". Then Goku disappears and is replaced by a golden dragon. The dragon charges straight through the target's stomach, then coils itself around the victim. While this is going on, more sections of the dragon shoot up from the ground and wrap around the now reeling victim. Then the dragon constricts, and completely annihilates the target in a bright flash of light. When the attack is finished, the dragon is gone. This especially cool attack has to be seen to be believed.
Kaioken: This is another one of Goku's most used technique. He learned this from King Kaio. This doubles Goku's battle power level for a short time, but there is always the risk that the increase in power will cause him to explode. It never does, and without this attack Goku would never be able to defeat his most powerful enemies. The most he ever got up to was 20 times Kaio Ken ( 20 times his battle power).
Spinning Cyclone: Goku only used this technique once during the first Tenkaichi-Budoukai in the series. He spins around at a very fast speed, at which point he turns into somewhat of a cyclone and knocks into his enemies. It didn't work too well because he got too dizzy. I guess that's why he never used it again.
Kyoken: This attack's name is kind of a pun; it technically is "Mad attack," but also can mean "Mad dog" when spelled with a different Kanji. Goku acts like a mad dog, barking and charging at his enemy to scare him, then jumps over him and kicks his surprised enemy from behind.
Kaiten Kougeki "Revolving Attack" : One of the  many, "one-timer", attacks  used during the 21st  Tenkaichi Budoukai. The user spins around furiously  and can't be touched. The downside is, when the user stops revolving, they're incredibly dizzy and pass out.
"Invisible" Jumping: First used against Krilin in the second Tenkaichi-Budoukai that we see, Goku uses this attack to become "invisible." He jumps back and forth so fast that you cannot see him, then he stops jumping for a surprise attack.
Ningen Tatsumaki "Human Tornado" : A move Goku uses during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai where he turns himself into... well, the name is self-explanatory. It's not particularly useful and it's only used in the anime.
Saruken: Much like Mutenroshi's "Suiken," this is primarily a "distract and avoid" technique; Goku acts like a monkey, using monkey-like attacks (scratching, bouncing, etc.) and taunting his opponent at the same time.
Kousokuidou: A battle tactic used by Goku where he jumps around at a furious rate causing loud booming sounds. He can be heard but not seen. He used this in the 22nd Tenkaichi Budoukai against Krilin.
Saru Ken "Monkey Technique" : One of Goku's "one-timer" moves used only during the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai. To confuse his opponent, Goku jumps around the ring and acts like a monkey.
Energy Ha: The Tree of Might. Goku can shoot a fast powerful beam of energy much like his Kamehameha attack but from both hands. Good when enemies are on either side of you.
Hasshuken: Inspired by Tenshinhan's Shiyoken, and Chapa-o's move of the same name, Goku moves his arms fast enough so there are like eight, and he attacks with all eight at once.
Giji "False" Super Saiyan: Used only in the movies, this was a state of power Goku reached which was not exactly Super Saiyan, nor was it normal. Think of it as half and half.
Shipo o Kaiten Sasete Sora o Tobu: Goku's ability to use his tail like a helicopter blade and hover over the ground. He uses this during the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai.
Kuchyu Teishi: A move used by Goku. When an opponent punches him, he disappears andappears directly above them ready to attack.
Kiaiho: An invisible force attack that knocks one's opponent back. It can be shot either from an open palm or from the eyes.
Kiai: This technique is used simply by yelling really loud; it disperses weaker ki attacks. While Goku used it to stop a fall.
Kyou Ken "Mad Dog Attack": Goku acts like a wild dog and attacks his opponent on all fours.
Destructo Disc: Same as Krillins only it's Blue. ( Krilin's Techniques ).
Taiyoken Solar Flare: ( Ten Shin's Techniques ).
Renzoku Energy Dan: (Vegeta's Techniques ).
Zanzoken: ( Kame senin's Techniques ).
(Anoyo kara no) Shunkanido: Not a fighting technique, but often used to gain a tactical advantage in a fight. The Shunkanido is a teleport. The user places two fingers on his forehead, searches for a ki he wants to go to, then when he finds it, can teleport there. It is not a technique that one can use to teleport wherever he pleases; there must be a person there to teleport to.

Trunks's Special Techniques

Burning Attack: Future Trunks's trademark ki attack, this is a powerful energy blast shot from both hands. Trunks holds both hands forward, does some strange arm moves, and then puts both hands forward again, index fingers and thumbs touching. Then he releases the blast.

Gotenks's Special Techniques

Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack: Gotenks first successful attack used on Super Boo and strongest techniques, he spits out a ghost-like form closely resembling himself. The ghostlike form has a mind of its own, and when it hits anything, it explodes, severely damaging whatever is caught in the blast. Boo finds this out the hard way.
Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack 10 Ghosts in One Shot: The same as above, but as the name infers, Gotenks spits out 10 ghosts at once. The scene with the ghosts doing their own things is a laugh riot and shouldn't be missed.
Galactica Donut: One of Gotenks goofy attacks that fail to destroy Super Boo. This is a ki attack used by Gotenks used to trap enemies. It is a ring of ki energy (that looks similar to a donut) that Gotenks can control to change size of the diameter of the donut. The Donut can be used to surround the enemy and trap him by holding his limbs with the donut. He snares his opponent in the "donut" and squeezes it tight. The attack is supposed to make the enemy immobile, but Boo busts out of it with no trouble. SSJ 3 Gotenks can use an adaptation of this attack, the Renzoku Super Donuts.
Renzoku Shine Shine Missile "Continuous Die Die Missile" : This is Gotenks' adaptation of the Renzoku Energy Dan technique. Basically the same, but a whole lot more powerful. One of Gotenks' semi-useful techniques. He shoots a barrage of energy "missiles" at Boo. Unfortunately Gotenks gets carried away with the attack, and Picolo has to point out that Boo dodged the attack and is right behind him. He also uses this move DBZ Movie 13, and it's highly effective.
Gotenks's Ultra Kicks, Punches, Headbutts...: These attacks are not particularly special, just punches and kicks that Gotenks made up names for on the spur of the moment. Their names are: Rolling Thunder Punch, Inoshishi (Wild Boar) Attack, Power Tackle, Great Kick Special, Magnum Sundae, Ultra Missile Parfait, and Hyper Plasma Shortcake. None of them are particularly useful, at least not in the fight in which they were used.
Gekitotsu Ultra Boo Boo Volley Ball: Yet another of Gotenks attacks. He encloses Boo in a ball of Speed Knots (with Renzoku Super Donuts), and plays Volley Ball with him. Even Picolo joins in. Gotenks and Picolo beat the ball around a bit before spiking it really hard into the earth.
Power Tackle: Yet ANOTHER of Gotenks goofy and time wasting attacks that have no effect on Boo. But like I keep saying, these are really funny to watch in the show because he blurts out about 6 of them at once.
Continuous Speed Knots: An actually useful attack performed by Gotenks where he shoots out a series of energy circles that surround his opponent, and seal them in a ball shape.
Miracle Super Punch: Yes... it has a stupid name. If you've been reading this list from start to finish you MUST know by now who performs this stupid and useless attack.
Great Kick Special: One of Gotenks pointless attacks. It's nothing special, but it's funny to watch in conjunction with his other six, or so, attacks.
Wild Boar Attack: An attack performed by Gotenks where he charges the opponent like a wild boar, then head  butts the  victim. 
Finish Flash: ANOTHER of Gotenks stupid attacks he uses on Boo. I have yet to see what this one looks like.
Brain Crush Hammer: Does it have a stupid name? Yup. So is it another one of Gotenks goofy attacks? Yup.
Hyper Plasma Shortcake: Another humorous move. This attack isn't actually seen, you only hear him yell it. 
Dai Kaiten Kick "Great Revolving Kick" : One of Gotenks pointless and useless, but funny attacks.
Magnum Sundae: Yep, you guessed it, another one of Gotenks dumb, but funny attacks.
Balloon Flash Bomb: One of SSJ3 Gotenks stupid attacks. It's only used in the anime.
Ultra Missile Punch: One of Gotenks goofy and mostly useless attacks.
Dynamite Kick: ( Mr Satan Techniques ).

Vejito's Special Techniques

Ki no Tsurugi "Sword of Ki" : An attack used by Vejito to attack Super Boo. He literally forms a long sword composed of ki and then impales Boo.
Ki No Tsurugi: ( Vegeta's Techniques ).
Barrier: ( Freezer's Techniques ).

Picolo's Special Techniques

Makankosappo "Special beam cannon" or "Drilling Attack" : One of Picolo's most powerful techniques, this is a penatrating blast shot from two fingers. It is actually two blasts, one going straight ahead and the other coiling around the first for drilling power. This attack drills through everything it hits, and eventually blows up when it hits something big enough.
Chobakuretsumaha: Chou Baku Retsu Ma Ha is Picolo's ultimate Ki blast. Picolo needs to charge up for a long time before carrying out the attack, but when he's ready, he spreads all of his appendages out and lets loose a fantastic growing dome of destruction with him at the center. He powers up the blast between the palms of his hands in front of his chest, then releases the blast. This blast is known as "Gekiretsukodan" in the DBZ video games. During the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai, this was Piccolo's "Trump Card". It was probably the most powerful attack performed in Dragon Ball and destroyed almost everything on Papaya Island.
Kakusanyudokodan: A potentially devastating maneuver, the user of this attack fires many ki bolts a la Renzoku Energy Dan around his opponent, surrounding them, then controls the bolts so they all shoot toward their target. He sends hundreds of energy balls into the air and surrounds his opponent with them. The energy balls hang in mid-air for a second, and then he lets fly. He forces all of the energy balls to converge on his victim at once causing a large explosion.
Mystic Attack: This is an attack first used by Picolo during the Tenkaichi-Budoukai. Using the Namek ability to extend their arms, he extends his arm at his enemy from a distance, thus surprising them. Once Picolo grabs his opponent, he draws him back for an attack like a punch or a kick. Any Nameks can perform it (someone that’s born in Namek).
Chyou Kyoshin Jyutsu: Picolo's special ability to increase his body size to the height of an apartment complex. His speed does not suffer because of his increased mass. The only reason Picolo doesn't use the attack anymore is because he had a rather "stomach-turning" experience when he tried using it on Goku.
Eye Beam: Not a particularly interesting technique, but was used enough during the DB/DBZ series that it deserves to be put here. It is basically a double ki blast shot from the eyes. While the blast itself is small, it explodes on impact to do a fair amount of damage, and can also be used to stop other ki blasts.
Kyodaika: This is a technique used by Picolo during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai. Picolo can grow his body to a huge size, making the range and strength of his blows much more effective. Of course, this makes him a larger target as well.
Shogekiha: This is almost exactly like the Kiaiho. It is an invisible blast shot from the eyes, hand, but is a little more versatile, and can be shot from any part of the body. Picolo can adapt this attack to radiate from his entire body.
Twin: He actually makes another copy of him that can think and act. Different from the Triform because the copy can act on it's own. Very effective and something only a Namek can do.
Tsuihidan: This is another technique used by Picolo during the 23rd Tenkaichi-Budoukai. It is a ki blast, and it tracks its enemy much like Krilin's Double Tsuihikidan.
Mafuba Gaeshi "Demon Incarcerator Reflection" : An attack used to reflect the Mafuba beam back at the user, and hit them instead.
Sonic Kick: Picolo releases a fast fury of kicks, also he can us Sonic Knuckles ( same except he uses his fist ).
Nobiru Ude "Extending Arm" : Picolo's ability to extend his arms to almost any length.
Tsu no Beam: A blast of electricity shot from Picolo's antennae.
Gekitotsu Boo Volleyball: ( Gotenks's Techniques ).
Renzoku Energy Dan: (Vegeta's Techniques ).
Triform Technique: ( Krillin's Techniques ).
Kizuato no Chiyu: Need info about this

Picolo Daimao's Special Techniques

Bakurikimaha: Picolo Daimao's ultimate ki attack, this is is an extremely powerful ki blast shot from one hand, the other gripping the shooting hand's wrist for support. The time Picolo shot this one might possibly be the biggest ki blast fired in the first series.
Makosen: This is a Ki blast that is used by Picolo Daimao. Picolo gathers ki into both his arms, then fires a blast from each, one after the other. Not a particularly powerful attack when compared to some of the later moves, but it almost killed Goku once.
Bakuriki Demon Blast: Picolo Daimaou's most powerful energy blast that he destroys the World Capitol with. He grips his right hand and lets loose an enormous blast of energy.
Exploding Demon Cannon: Just another one of Picolo Daimaou's explosive ki attacks. It's fairly generic.

Cymbal Special Techniques

Dengeki Ha "Electric Blast Attack" : A quick one handed blast of electricity.

Kami Sama's Special Techniques

Mafuba: ( Mutaito's Techniques ).

Krilin's Special Techniques

Kakusan: Krilin used this to against the Saibaman that Napa and Vegeta planted.What he does is shoot a blast from each hand. Then he controls the blasts so that they merge and then directs it above the heads of his enemies. There upon he splits the blast again into many smaller ki bolts which rain down upon his enemies. A very effective technique which wiped out virtually all of the Saibaimen. It looks like a Kamehameha attack but before it hits his enemy Krilin curves it upward and it splits into about 6 or 7 smaller energy blast before it come down. A good confusing attack against an enemy. It's actually somewhat of an adaptation of an attack he used against Picolo in the Tenkaichi Budoukai.
Kienzan "Destructo Disc" : Used a lot by Krilin, but they usually miss since it would cut his enemies in half. Krilin raises one arm and forms a big frisby-like disc that can cut through anything or anyone no matter how strong you are, with deadly accuracy. The Kienzan can also be controlled by the firer.
Other Kienzan's: Renzokou Kienzan: Multiple Kienzan's fired all at once.
Shishin No Ken: Tenshinhan's 12 eye. This technique is used to split a person into four different parts. Each person created is not just an image like that created with the Zanzoken, but can fight and be attacked. The only problem with the Shishin No Ken move is that each person has only has a quarter of the power and the speed than if there was only one.
Fusenko: An emergency move used by Krilin during the 22nd Tenkaichi Budoukai to keep himself from falling out of bounds. He inhales and fills himself with air, then floats down to the arena like a feather. Krilin draws in his breath while falling down, puffing himself up and slowing his fall. Can be used to gain a good defensive advantage.
Taiyou Kousen Hanshya "Solar Attack from Baldness" : A simple but effective attack developed by Krilin during the 22nd Tenkaichi Budoukai. He reflects the sun's rays into his opponent's eyes by angling his shiny head in the right direction.
Double Tsuihikidan: This is a move that Krilin developed for use during the 23rd Tenkaichi-Budoukai. He shoots a Kamehameha-like blast from each hand, then can guide the blasts toward his enemy.
Triform Technique: Krilin can make 2 exact copies of himself ( 3 including himself ) that can just about do anything he can.
Kakusan Kikou Ha: A very slow-moving ball of energy that can break into several parts and hits numerous targets.
Kamehameha: ( Goku's Techniques ) Krilin doesn't yell "Kamehameha" before he fires it.
Taiyoken Solar Flare: ( Ten Shin's Techniques ).
"Invisible" Jumping: ( Goku's Techniques ).
Zanzoken: ( Kame senin's Techniques ).
Kamehameha: ( Goku's Techniques ).

Ten Shin Han's Special Techniques

Kikoho: This is Tenshinhan's strongest Ki blast and signature attack. Tenshinhan puts the tips of his fingers of both hands together, forming kind of an "O" between his fingers and his thumbs. Then he shoots a very powerful Ki blast through the "O" at his opponent. While this attack is very powerful but also extremely damaging, and can kill him if he uses it too much.
Other Kikoho's: Shin Kikoho "New Kikoho" : Basically the same as above, but even more powerful.
Shi Shin no Ken "12 Eyes" : One of Tenshinhan's famous attacks. He concentrates and split's himself into four different parts. (or makes three duplicates of himself). Each Tenshinhan created is not just an image like that created with the Zanzoken, but can fight and be attacked. Each duplicate is a separate entity and can think on its own. The only problem with the 12 Eyes move is that each Tenshinhan only has a quarter of the power and the speed than if there was only one. Usually Tien makes 4 copies of himself and fires 4 energy beams at his opponent.
Taiyoken "solar flare" : This technique is originally Tenshinhan's. The user puts his hands in front of his face which throw bright light radiants, says "Taiyoken," and lights up very bright, so much that temporarily blinds his opponent. This technique was used a lot througout Dragon Ball Z.
Haikyuken or Hai Syu Ken: A technique used against Goku by Tenshinhan in the 22nd Tenkaichi-Budoukai. Tenshinhan treats his opponent like a volleyball and hits him around volleyball style. (Note: See the episode with this technique if you get a chance. Tenshinhan's falsetto is a riot!) While it sounds goofy, it's very effective.
Shiyoken: This is a technique used by Tenshinhan to sprout an extra set of arms from his shoulders. Therefore he can both attack and block with all four arms, significantly increasing his attack and defense power.
Kiai: This technique is used simply by yelling really loud; it disperses weaker ki attacks. While Goku used it to stop a fall.
Hana Gaeshi Kameha: Tenshinhan's ability to block a Kamehameha by putting his hands together in front of his chest.
Machine Gun Tsuki: A furious rapid punch assault used on an opponent when their back is against a wall. 
Zanzoken: ( Kame senin's Techniques ).
Dodonpa: ( Tsuru senin's Techniques ).
Kamehameha: ( Goku's Techniques ).
Mafuba: ( Mutaito's Techniques ).

Yamcha's Special Techniques

Soukidan "Spirit Bomb" : This is the REAL Spirit Bomb. Yamcha's trade mark technique in late Dragonball and throughout Dragonball Z. It's a basketball sized ball of energy which Yamucha can control the movement of with his fingertips.He holds his palm upward and creates a ball of energy. The special thing about this is that he can control it after he throws it, and make it go the were he wants. This is a round energy ball shot from the palm of the hand. What is really special about this attack is that it is guided, probably the most easily guided energy attack in the first series.
Rogafufuken: This attack is Yamcha's trademark technique; after preparing himself in a special stance, attacks with many "claw-like" punches and kicks, finishing off with a double-fisted "claw-punch."
Other Rogafufuken's: Shin Rogafufuken: Same as above, just faster and more powerful. After training with Kame senin, Yamcha improves on this technique to become the (new) Shin-Rogafufuken
Kamehameha: ( Goku's Techniques ).

Chaozu's Special Techniques

Chonoryoku: A very unique technique, Chaozu puts both hands, or a single hand forward and can manipulate the bodily movements of his opponent to an extent, providing his opponent is not too powerful. He can stop someone's movements or cause internal pain with this technique.
Psycho Attack: Grabs an opponent and discharges energy into them or he can self-destruct himself.
Dodonpa: ( Tsuru senin's Techniques ).

Mutaito's Special Techniques

Mafuba: This is a special Ki blast that is used to imprison demons. It is a swirling blast of energy shot at the intended demon. Once caught in the blast, the blast is directed into a jar, bottle, or other imprisonment container, thus imprisoning the said demon. However, if the container is opened, whoever is trapped inside will be freed. This technique is also extremely draining; it is very easy to kill oneself by overexertion using this attack. The originator of this technique is Mutaito, Kame senin's master.

Kame senin's Special Techniques

Tsui Ken "Drunken Fist": Are there any Jackie Chan fans out there? If so you should know this attack. Based on a character from Chinese mythology, Wong Fei Hung, this is a ridiculously stupid looking fighting technique, but it's highly effective. The user acts as if they were drunk and stumbles around, but they are actually executing a brilliant series of moves that if pulled off correctly, can be extremely effective against any opponent. Since Akira Toriyama admits to being inspired by Jackie Chan for creating several fighting scenes, it's no doubt that Toriyama based this on Jackie's role in the movie, Drunken Master.
Zanzoken: Another technique created by Kame senin, with this technique, the user can move so fast he leaves an after-image, while attacking from another standpoint. Goku can also leave multiple images, I think the maximum he used was around 7 or 8 in Karin's tower. Later Kame senin learns to make large numbers of images as well.
Other Zanzoken's: Ni Jyuu Zanzouken: The same as above, but instead of one, two after-images are left behind, letting the assailant attack from behind.
Saimin no Jutsu: A hypnosis trick performed by Jackie Chun on the Man Wolf. He makes Man Wolf think that Krilin's bald head is the moon and turns the Man Wolf into a man for good. Sawa Yakanaze The user swings their arm and creates a huge gust of wind that blows their opponent away.
Hankokubikkurisho: This is a fairly strong ki attack used by Jacky Chun. He shoots the blast forward using both hands and traps his victim in a shocking field of energy from which his opponent cannot escape (normally). This technique was only used in the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai.
Yoini Min Min Ken "All Good Children Go To Bed Technique" : A weird chanting technique Jackie Chun uses to possess his opponent and make them go to sleep. It's impossible to get out of till Jackie awakens his opponent... or is it?
Yoikominminken: This was a technique used by Jacky Chun during the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai. It is a hypnosis technique used to put people into a deep sleep, by using a strange voice and hand motions.
Suiken: This is technique is used by Kame senin; he acts drunk and wobbles around. Thereby, he confuses his opponent, and hits them when they are off guard.
Kamehameha: ( Goku's Techniques ).
Other Kamehameha's: Kamehameha Max Power: Jackie Chun's strongest Kame Hame Ha that he used to blow up the moon.

Mr Satan's Special Techniques

Satan Miracle Special Ultra Super Megaton Punch: Mr Satan's "Ultimate" attack. By far one of the greatest attacks in the history of Dragonball, the Satan Miracle Special Ultra Super Megaton Punch is an attack that Satan made up in his head in about 5 seconds. It's nothing more than a normal punch with a special name. About a minute after he performs the move, reporters ask him what it was called. He can't even remember. Mr Satan forgot the name of this attack almost as soon as he had made it. Used against C18 in the 25th Tenkaich Budoukai.
Rolling Attack Satan Punch: A "very powerful" attack used by the World Champion, Mr. Satan. He rolls a few times, then ends with a "crushing" punch. Being one of Satan's attacks, this one is pretty much useless in a "real" Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z fight.
Dynamite Kick: Mr Satan's trademark attack. A charging kick. Being one of Mr Satan's attacks, this one is pretty much useless. Gotenks used it once too, (whether or not he was copying Satan is debatable) and it was likewise useless.

Chichi Special Techniques

Kaata Nage "Cutter Throw" : An attack Chichi used when she was little. As a child, she wore a helmet with a blade on top. She could throw the blade at any object she wanted. She beheaded a dinosaur with this attack.

Bulma Special Techniques

An "attack" performed by Buruma where she flaunts her butt at the opponent to try and tempt them into letting her go free.

Blue Shogan's Special Techniques

Blue's Psychic Ability: Blue Shogun of the Red Ribbon Army has the ability to completely paralyze his enemy with his eyes using psychic powers. He can also use this power to manipulate inanimate objects to an extent.

Tao Pipi's Special Techniques

Tao Pipi: Shitatsuki: A deadly move performed by Tao Pipi. He kills his opponent by punching them with only his tongue.
Yubitsuki: A one-touch-kill used by Tao Pipi. He simply pokes a weak character's forehead, and they will instantly die.
Tao Pipi Cyborg: Super Dodonpa: (Tsurusennin's Techniques ) After being defeated by Goku, Tao Pipi develops Dodonpa into the Super Dodonpa. A large and powerful variation of the famous villain move, Do Don Pa. It is fired from Cyborg Tao Pai Pai's arm cannon. I don't think this technique was ever used after the first series.

Double Kikoha: A double blast of energy from both of the assailant's hands.

Napa's Special Techniques

Saiko no Kogeki: Literally "Ultimate Attack," this is the Ki blast that Napa shoots out of his mouth. Very powerful.
Saikou Waza "Ultimate Skill" : Napa's best move. A blast of energy fired from his mouth.
Bakuhatsuha: ( Vegeta's Techniques ).

Saibamen's Special Techniques

Yokaieki: This is a technique used by the Saibaimen. They split their head in two and shoot a stream of acid from it, which is very dangerous if it hits its target.

Freezer's Special Techniques

Freezer Beam: This is Freezer's trademark technique. It is a lot like the Dodonpa, being a beam of energy shot from one finger, but differs in that it does not explode on impact. Instead it is a piercing attack which continues through its target and can also be used to slice.
Daichiretsudan "Great Earth Cutting Row" : One of the most impressive attacks demonstrated by Freezer during his fight with Goku. With a swipe of his hand, he can cut a long deep row in the ground. Luckily we don't get to see what effect the attack would have on Goku.
Barrier: This purely defensive technique forms a Ki-shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. There are two forms of this maneuver. One is a spherical shield that surrounds the body, the other is more of a coating of the body.
Daichiretsuzan: This is a very powerful attack that Freezer uses. With a swipe of his hand with two fingers extended, he creates an invisible cutting beam that goes a long way. Its name comes from the fact that it slices a huge cut in the earth when he uses it.
Yubisaki kara no Shyougekiha: It's performed by pointing at the desired point of explosion. It's not very powerful, but it's a VERY fast attack and can cause damage if the victim isn't expecting it. Freezer uses this on Picolo and brings him near death.
Hokaku Kon Dan "Imprisonment Ball": Freezer's special attack where he captures his opponent in a ball of energy they can't break out of. As soon as the ball hits the ground, it explodes. 
Death Ball: This is a small ball of energy which Freezer can create from either the tip of his finger or with both hands. While small, it is very powerful, and can even destroy planets.
Kienzan "Destructo Disc" : ( Krilin's Techniques ).
Other Kienzan's: Tsuibi Kienzan: Similar to the Kienzan in appearance, but much more deadly since it follows its target through anything until it hits it.
Pi: This isn't an energy blast or anything, but a stream of air that moves so quickly that it just bores through just about anything that it hits.
Isa o Hasahusa Tobatsu: Not sure what this is. It's a move performed by Freezer only in the anime, not in the manga.
Eye Beam: ( Picolo's Techniques ).
Kiaiho: ( Goku's Techniques ).

Coora Special Techniques

Coora: Dai 4 Henshin "The Great Fourth Transformation" : Coora's ability to raise his ki to a very high level, causing his body to transform into a stage his brother Freezer couldn't reach. This was only used in the movies.

Metal Coora: Jidashyuu Fuku Noriyoku: Metal Coora's ability to repair himself if he's damaged. This only used in the movies.

Ginyu's Special Techniques

Body Change: This technique is used by the leader of the Ginyu-tokusentai, Ginyu. He spreads his limbs out, shouts "Change!" and shoots out a bolt of energy, and if it hits its target, Ginyu changes bodies with that person. Ginyu then gains the strength and speed of his target, but not his special techniques or ki. After changing bodies, Ginyu can still do a Body Change. Ginyu will change bodies with the first person to hit his change beam, and thus if someone gets in the way of his intended target, Ginyu will change bodies with that person instead.

Recoom's Special Techniques

Recoom Eraser Gun or Cannon: This is one of the most powerful techniques of Recoom. This is the attack he was going to use on Vegeta to finish him off. He charges up, then shoots a huge blast from his mouth, (like Napa's mouth blast on steroids). Unfortunately for Recoom, Krilin slams him in the head, and shuts Recoom's mouth, causing the attack to blow out of his nose, (like laughing while drinking milk). Because of this, majority of Recoom's teeth get blown out. It is a large, powerful Ki blast shot from the mouth, and can destroy in a very large radius from where it hits.
Recoom Mahha Attack: The punch equivalent of his Kick, the Rekoom Mahha Attack is a charging punch. This is Recoom's ultimate attack, which he unfortunately never gets to use because Goku's elbow has a collision with his stomach while he's in the middle of the attack.
Recoom Kick: A charging knee blow used by Recoom of the Ginyu-tokusentai. Rather powerful.
Speed Up: A technique used to increase.....speed.

Jeice's Special Techniques

Crusher Ball: Jeice's signature attack. A lot like the Genki dama that Goku gave to Krilin, the Crasher Ball is a ki-ball that is produced from the palm of the hand. I don't think one ever actually connected during the series though, it was just used as a diversion. It's not very powerful.

Guldo's Special Techniques

Time Freeze or Time Stop: This is an attack used by Guldo, the smallest member of the Ginyu-tokusentai. When he uses it, he freezes time for his opponents so that they are frozen in whatever position they were in. However, he needs to keep his attention on his victims in order to keep them frozen. Guldo also has the power to stop time completely, but for only a moment, and he can't do it for too many times without tiring himself out.

All Boo's Special Techniques

Majin Boo: Jinruizetsumetsukogeki: Literally "Genocide Attack," this is not an attack that can be used in the heat of battle but is probably one of the single most devastating attacks ever used in the DB/DBZ series. It is a series of ki blasts shot into the air, which seek their targets upon being fired. After looking down on the Earth from the Tenkai, Majin Boo used this technique to kill every human on Earth by destroying the planet.
Enemy transformation: By shooting an energy field from his head-appendage, Majin Boo can change the form of his enemy into something else, normally candy or some other form of food, by saying "ni natchae!" (Fat Boo) or " ni nare," (Super Boo) literally meaning, "become a ..." This is without a doubt Boo's most common attack.
Ekishyou Ka: A very gruesome attack used by Majin Boo where he liquifies and shoots himself down an opponent's throat. He then expands his body inside the victim causing them to explode messily.
Udebunrikogeki: The user of this technique pulls a piece off of his body and controls it to attack his opponent in some way. Naturally, only Majin Boo can use this technique.

Super Boo: Ijigen Koukan: An attack used by Super Boo in the anime only. I'm not sure what it is.
Udebunri Kougeki: An attack performed by Boo where he rips off his arm and uses it as an aerial weapon.
Jin Rui Zetsu Mestu Kougeki "Special Human Genocide Attack" : This is probably the most devastating attack ever performed in Dragon Ball Z. It can only be done by Super Boo. He locks onto every single human's ki, then releases a furious barrage of energy blasts into the sky. They plummet to the ground and each and every blast hits one target, a person. Every single person on Earth is killed with this attack, except for Tenshinhan, Chaozu, Mr. Satan and the people on Kami's Tower.

Kid Boo: Chikyuu Hokai no Ichigeki "Destruction of Earth in One Attack" : The second most devastating attack ever performed in DBZ. This attack of performed by Kid Boo blows up the Earth in only a matter of seconds.
