An evil being in his own way, Cell is the fiercest of the
androids. Cell was the master creation of Dr. Gero. Cell
has cells of all the strongest fighters in the universe. Cell
has three forms total. The three being: ordinary Cell,
mutated Cell, and perfect Cell. Cell really doesn’t have a
ton of evil in him unlike some villians. This shows in how
Cell wants to make a “game” or “challenge” out of
everything. An example being that he wanted Gohan to
go Super Saiya-Jin 2, because he wanted a good match.
Cell meets his match though, when Gohan destroys him
with a Super Kame-Hame-Ha. In Dragon Ball GT, Cell
comes out of hell along with Freeza and Android #17, but
he is defeated by Pikehan.
Chaozu
Chi-Chi
Race: Unknown
Series: DB, DBZ, DBGT
Sagas: All
The size of Chaozu does not stop him from trying to be
strong. Chaozu is the smallest of all the Z Warriors. He
and Tenshinhan are linked telepathically. Chaozu
competes in everything the others do, but he does not
succeed much. Chaozu is the weakest of all the Z
Warriors.

“The woman stronger than any Super Saiya-Jin, Chi Chi”
in the words of Kame-Sennin. Why would a woman have
this title? She is very obsessive of her two sons, Gohan
and Goten, and, she also has worries for her husband
Goku way too much. She is in almost total control of
what these three men/boys do. Chi-Chi does whatever
possible to keep her family near to her.
