Okay, I'm not sure who decided that cosplaying as Parappa the Rapper would ever work, but wherever they are, they need to have a "cap busted up in them." I've seen basically this exact same costume in a few of the galleries at Cosplay.com but after seeing it in person, I had to bash it. Basically, it is not humanly possible to do a Parappa costume properly. Even Ally McBeal isn't anorexic enough to pull it off. You can't get that flat. So don't even try.
